• Reservations are obligatory upon receipt of a booking and subsequent confirmation from Ferdinands Homestay.
  Free of charge cancellations arelong possible if there is no other agreement between guest and Ferdinands Homestay:
  • Booking changes or cancellations must be notified as soon as possible.
  • Long term bookings must be cancelled 7 days before arrival.
  • Short term bookings (within 7 days before arrival) must be cancelled at least 2 days before the day of arrival.
  • Bookings within 2 days before arrival must be cancelled at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Unless notice of late arrival is given, your reservation is void after 6 pm.
• Please contact us by e-mail or a quick phone call on the day of arrival if you will arrive later than 6 pm.
• Please pay cash on arrival.
• With 3rd party bookings, the Guest and the 3rd party is entirely liable opposite Ferdinands Homestay for the whole demand of the booking conditions.
